KPA1500 Alpha testers sought: Kenwood, Flex, Yaesu exciters

Dick Dievendorff-4
I've made some recent changes to KPA1500 processing of transceiver frequency
messages from Kenwood, Flex, and Yaesu radios.  Icom CI-V is unchanged.

If you use one of these radios and use the KPA1500's XCVR SERIAL connection
to communicate the transceiver's frequency to the KPA1500, I'd appreciate
your help in testing a new version. If you generally use a logging program
to poll the radio and the KPA1500 is set up to observe the commands and
responses, that helps, too.

Thanks!

Hi Dick,

I would be interested in participating. Using a Flex 6700 via the KXUSB
cable from amp direct to USB port on radio. Set up to track the TX slice on
radio. Been working fine. Flex has a setting to auto poll.

I also have written a flow for Node Red to monitor and control the amp via a
web browser. Using the Ethernet IP connection and sending the ^ commands for
control and monitoring/info. Node Red runs on a Raspberry Pi on the network.

I will reply to you via direct email with my direct contact info.
