Hello All,
Just received my KPA1500!! Wow what a great Amplifier... One Question- 160, 80, and 40 seem to require much less drive than 20, 15, and 10!!! That means I have to readjust drive when changing bands! Kind of a bummer!! Is there any way around this??? I am driving the amp with a Yaesu FTdx 5000.. Many Thanks for any info. 73, Ted K2QMF ____________________________________________________________ Forget Viagra: This Pill "Destroys" ED Without Prescription! Yaesu?? Well there is your problem. An Elecraft rig plugged into the 1500
would follow you around like a good dog, turning the drive power up and down as necessary. Seriously, I know nothing about Yaesu, but in the menu system, is there a way of setting the output on each band such that the rig will remember it? then all you would have to do is turn up the power when you wanted to run barefoot. 73, Dave, K4TO On Thu, Dec 5, 2019 at 11:59 AM Salvatore Ted K2QMF <[hidden email]> wrote: > Hello All, > Just received my KPA1500!!
