KPA3 internal shield and KRX3 module

Hello,
just question - is internal additional shield linked only to KPA3
module or is delivered also with KRX3 second RX module?
If not is possible to add to the order of KRX3 by some way?
Suppose K3 is more robust with this shield installed.
But not sure about this idea, please change my mind :-)
