New owner of a used KPA500. The fans do not come on. The menu shows it is set to "Norm" yet no fans are coming on during use. I noticed the temp rising past 80C with no fans and immediately turned the unit to standby. The KPA utility (Mac) was not helpful either. Any ideas on other troubleshooting techniques? Or is this something dumb on the operator's part?
