KPA500 alternating TX/RX display

Gary Hinson
Hi.

Is there any way to make the KPA500's LCD display one thing on receive but
automatically show something else when transmitting?  For example, I'd like
to see the power out when transmitting but the band when receiving.

Gary,

That seems like "icing on the cake" to me - the K3 frequency display
clearly indicates the band in use.

Sorry, I don't get it.
My LEDs indicate power out. Aren't they bright enough?

On the other hand, the STBY light is much too bright - I've had to put a
piece of black tape over it so I'm not dazzled.
I would have made the STBY light green, and the OPER light yellow (but
dimmer).
