KPA500 used on two rigs

I have the KPA500 linked with the K3 and the KAT500 and would like to use the KPA500 with my backup rig a TEN TEC Jupiter. Is there any issue with switching the RF and TX relay line (or leaving it connected to the Jupiter)  and leaving the AUX cable connected to the K3? Assume that only one rig is powered.
