I have a KRC-2 which has corupted firmware and I need some help on downloading the new firmware. I have downloaded and installed the KRC-2 download program. When I try to download the firmware file it opens up and displays the code. That is where I get stuck, I do not know how to copy the file to my computer. I'd appreciate if someone could walk me thru the steps.
