KRC2 software tool

The manual for the KRC2 mentions "a Web-based software tool" for changing
the internal KRC2 tables.  I found the firmware loader but not this other
tool...

My apologies if this is old news, I could not get the searchable archive to
load.

I believe you want the KRC2 Configurator program.
It is on the Software section of the Elecraft website.
