Congratulations on your first QSO with the KX1 and your 2nd QSO ever! It's a very exciting thing to have someone answer you on a radio that you built and put together. Best of luck with your KX1 and hope you have many more QSO's! I've worked into several continents on my K2 and 2 or 3 watts.. pretty neat stuff!! 73s
