In the resistance checks, for the U1 pins, for pins that are under the category for "all other pins," but no resistance is being measured for pins 2, 6, 7, 9,10,11, 12, 15, 21 - 28 show no resistance. What should I be looking for? Is this indicating bad soldering joints or something else? I have something similar in U3, where all other pins measure >10k, but pins 1 and 8 are not registering any resistance.
Any thoughts?
