KX1 - when should I add the KXB3080?

Joel Weder
Hi folks,

I just received a KX1 kit, with the KXB3080 option.

In the KXB3080 instructions it tells me all about how to modify my KX1 -
AFTER IT IS ASSEMBLED - to include the KXB3080. This includes removing parts
and doing other things that would be much easier DURING the KX1's initial
construction.

Is this actually the way people are adding the 30 & 80 board kit? Seems like
an awful waste of effort, and adds quite a bit of risk of damaging the
circuit board and other parts.

Thanks for any assistance!

Joel
