(KX3) 472-479 KHZ Ham Band at WRC (update)

On my inverted-L, ERP=1w implies transmitting 25w into the antenna.
Question will be if the KX3 will be able to receive or transmit on
those frequencies.  My K3 will go down to 490 at 1mw out in the TEST
mode and is used with a converted NDB 100w transmitter for ERP =
4.15w on 495 KHz.

The short answer is "yes", and it will put out a lot more than 1 mW.
The KXAT3 ATU module includes supplemental filtering for this range,
too, that functions in both RX and TX modes. Whether you'll be able to
use the KX3 in this range without an external low-pass filter has not
been determined.
