I will put in a guess range:
Lower kit price range: $649 - $699 Upper range kit price range: $749 - $799 I prefer the lower kit price range. Justification for the price points above is that the K3 100 amp option is $500 and that is just a board basically. So, a box, a heat sink, and power adapter of some sort are additional over $500 (and, the $500 may be a tough sell these days, I mean if Elecraft were to release the K3/100 today I bet the 100-watt option would be more than $500. I think the price must be less than the new amp from TenTec (or, did TT mean Tom Terrific?).
The TenTec amp has a screen, buttons, and so on where as I got the impression that the brick style amp mentioned for the KX3 would have very little controls on it and that all displayed information would appear on the KX3 screen instead. Ten Tec is way to high on their QRP amp $700=100w not enough HP per Buck.
