Looking at the KX3 picture, specifically at the display, I notice the icon "ANT 1".
This would tend to imply an "ANT 2" But I see only 1 antenna connection on the side. A "left-over" from the K3 ?? Or..... ! Everything else looks to be very intuitive <G> -- Dave G KK7SS DN06ig Richland, WA '59 Morris Minor 1000 '65 Sprite - in process '76 Midget - shared with my #4 son. I think it's like in the K3. You get the second antenna jack when you
buy the optional internal antenna tuner. The KX3 itself has just one antenna jack, with or without the ATU. The
external amp, however, also has an ATU option, and it has two antenna jacks. This is what you'd be controlling with the KX3's "ANT" switch. 73, Wayne N6KR On Jun 1, 2011, at 10:17 AM, Dave KK7SS wrote: > Looking at the KX3 picture, specifically at the display, I notice > the icon "ANT 1". > This would tend to imply an "ANT 2" > But I see only 1 antenna connection on the side. > A "left-over" from the K3 ??
