KX3 Audio Problem

[John Hendricks-2]

KX3 doesn't pass signal audio.
Has button tones and CW monitor tones.
XG3 input shows correct AGC "S9" on all bands but no CW tone output.
Any ideas???

John,

Check your RF gain level.  If the RF gain control is set to a low level, it could produce that result.

Check RF gain, not AF gain.  AF gain maxes at 40.  RF gain maxes at 0
dB ("-0").

Found problem as the setting of the "AUTO INF" setting to "RIG CTRL" fixed by setting it back to NOR.
