KX3 CW Receive Issue

Hello,
I am hearing CW signals on both sides of the KS3's passband. Each side
seems to be of equal strength. This is a factory built-KX3; MCU version 2.27
and DSP version 1.30. I have the VFO noise reduction turned off. I did
recently update the firmware, but I can't be sure the problem was not there
before, although I sure didn't notice it. I did notice it today with all
the 10 M CW activity, but the problem is on all bands; signals. Any others
experiencing this?

Is your noise blanker on?

This procedure should resolve it:

If not, you may have a hardware issue (eg. roofing filter or ribbon cable not seated correctly, or less likely but possibly failed hardware).
