Hi Mike,
The mount was never developed because there were too many good
alternatives available elsewhere. This doesn't mean we won't market a
mobile mount, but I would say it's not really in our plan at this
time.
One of the best alternatives I've found can be seen here:

sells under a separate model number. I've use ProClip.com for dash
mount options in two vehicles, and they have a good range of vehicles
supported in their product lineup.
