KX3 Noise Reduction

I did the mod on factory built KX3 #1099 in about 15 minutes.  Most of the time consumed removing and reinstalling the batteries.

I tested with no antenna to see worse case.  Noise is gone on 20 Meters to 160 Meters VFO NR OFF.  There was some noise discernible above 20M but totally gone with VFO NR on.  There is no VFO noise that I can hear with no antenna on any bands with this set-up.
