I've been successfully running FT8 with my KX3 and my old Windows laptop. I recently installed WSJT on a new Windows laptop and set up the identical configuration. I've shifted all the cables from the old laptop to the new laptop, but now get a PTT ERR when I attempt to transmit. I know the KX3 and cables are fine because everything continues to work fine when cabled to the old laptop. Any suggestions on what could be the issue?
