KX3 Power Supply

I ordered the above for my KX3. I ordered through The Oracle, Doug Nathan, but forgot to ask the following question....Do I need to change any setting to go from external...Bioenno Cube or internal batteries to use the power supply. Would hate to see a purple haze.
