[KX3] RE- on PSK the ALC bar setting is no longer stable --, ideas why?

Check to make sure the meter is staying in the ALC mode.  I had this
same problem and then realized that when you adjust the Mic gain the
meter will switch to ALC and then return to RF reading.  If you tap the
Mic gain knob it will change the meter to read ALC all the time.
