Hi Chris
I just bought one of the MFJ 6-80m telescopic antennas with the small wire
tap on the coil that you use on the different bands. It works OK for what it
is and have made a few contacts with it indoors even can copy quite few
stations on the high bands during the day. I have made a few QSO's on 40m
so far none on 80m my worst outdoor wire antenna is so many times better
though not even funny. I also bought their power supply for the FT-817 it
works great with my KX3.

Fred/N0AZZ
