KX3 and Timewave Navigator

Howdy Gang.

Wonder if anyone is using a Timewave Navigator with their KX3 for PSK31 ops?

I need some help getting the PTT function to work.

The Timewave guy isn’t answering the phone so any help would be greatly appreciated.
