Hi Group,
I recently read here about an automated routine to do the sideband nulling procedure on the KX3. I understand it uses an XG3 ( which I have) and a software utility. Anyone know where I can get a copy of the software required? I emailed an support@elecraft a couple of weeks ago with this question, but didn't receive a reply. Also, just a report - a did the filter mod today on my KX3 and I'm happy to report that the annoying VFO tuning noise is no more Yay! :) 73, John VK7JB ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

The automated procedure sounds convenient, but I think you can get an even better result if you do it by hand.

Ive heard rumors of this as well. I can't find any docs on Elecraft's
website mentioning this though.
