KX3 best mobile amplified speaker

Keith Heimbold
I am sure that this has been asked before so I apologize, but since my KX3 mobile install is just about completed I need to get an amplified speaker for my truck.

I was looking at the west mountain clear speech but noticed it was monaural and I believe that the output from the KX3 is stereo. Would this cause any issue?

Thanks for any suggestions or recommendations.

Keith,

For mobile operation, why not just run a stereo cable to the AUX input
on the vehicle stereo system,  Most modern ones have that input.

If you use something like the clear speech, make sure it has a stereo
plug even if you have to change it (connect to the tip and sleeve).  You
will not be able to use the AFX capability, nor will you be able to use
dual watch, but it will work for most operation that you will encounter
in mobile operation.
