Hi Mike, I had to file off the small bumps on the edge of the filter circuit board to get mine to fit properly. This was okayed by Elecraft. Be sure to wear an ESD strap while doing this. Just a thought. Todd

I have very carefully looked to see if the roofing filter is seated and it is also the long screw fit no problem into the roofing filter board to hold it in place as well...........any ideas??
