KXAT3 Not Recognized

I just completed the build of 1336 and I can not enable the KXAT3. The
menu item "ATU MD" displays "not inSt" and I can not change it. I have
confirmed that the boards are lined up and the pins are seated correctly.

Is there another menu item that I need to change?
