Below is what we will be posting to the Elecraft shipping status page tomorrow
morning.
We waited until this week to update the official KXPA100 status in order to make
sure we had solid delivery commitments from all of our suppliers. Barring any
major surprises, we should be on track to meet or beat this plan.
The first week or two will start slowly and then we will ramp quickly. We have
more than enough material committed in the supply pipeline to satisfy all of our
backlog, plus the additional orders we receive between now and Oct.

*Shipping Status Page - KXPA100:*
*The KXPA100 has completed CE testing and has also re**ceived FCC certification.*
Our target was to begin production shipments of KXPA100s and options at the end
of August. Due to lead-time delivery delays from several of our suppliers for
full volume production we will now begin full production shipping approximately
a little more than a month later than we planned.
*We will begin shipping the first 20-30 production KXPA100s between September
9th and 16th.* These will go primarily to Field Testers (who will also be
purchasing them.)
Assembled PC boards and other KXPA100 components will arrive and production
assembly and test will begin during the following two weeks.
*Full production shipments should now start between Oct. 7th and 14th*, with an
increasing volume of customer shipments each subsequent week as we ramp up. We
will initially start with shipment of factory assembled KXPA100s, followed in
2-3 weeks with the kit versions added to the shipping flow.
