I would be connecting the amplifier direct to a dummy load and then
reviewing my assembly of the amp to see if all the readings are to spec.
My next action would have been to call support to see what may be the cause.
The issues have appeared from startup if what I am reading/understanding is
correct.
I too would be puzzled me thinks...:-)
