KXPD3 upgrade: Confusion on labeling, which springs included?

My KXPD3 upgrade arrived today.

First, thank you Elecraft for providing this free of charge. This
change involves not just the new PCB, wrench, contact screw and
springs, but also research, field testing, app note, packaging,
shipping, etc... times the number of KXPD3 units affected.  That's no
small deal.

I have a question about what I received:

The application note says I should have received:

E980236 ("Spring, Light")
E980240 ("Spring, Medium")

...but I received:

E980218 ("Spring, KXPD3 Firm")
E980239 ("Spring, KXPD3 .014x11.5 Light")

So I'm not quite sure what I have. Neither part number on the
envelopes matches the application note, and one of them says Firm
instead of Medium. I assume what's in my original KXPD3 (from KX3
#797) is Firm.
