Kat500

[Ron Leech]

I just got my new Kat500 (0771) and im a bit confused on the setting for the Amplifier Key Interrupt 99.00. The amp is a Kpa500 and the radio a ts480 run with a Remoterig and will be used remote. If the setting should be changed what would be a good setting.

The KPA 500 can protect itself from high SWR, I leave mine there at 99. But my AL1200 will keep trying, so I set it to about 3 for that amp
