Keying K3 in winkeyer mode slowly increases output power

Kari SM0HRP
When I work remotely with K3 mini everything works just fine. I key the K3 with the RRC1258 over the key-input line on the K3. If I key with 30 W drive (according to K3 mini and LP-100 watt meter) the output stays at 30 W.
However since a year ago I have noticed this problem that when I key using N1MM with a PC which keys the K3 over the Winkeyer and RS-232 line the output power goes up from say 30 W drive (according to K3 mini and LP-100 watt meter to the double in say 4-5 seconds).
I have the same problem when using my mike in SSB mode. I have noticed it as the output from my 2.5 kW PA goes sky rocket high (2,5 kW output) suddenly  even though I start with only 30 W drive (which gives 1 kW output). So I discovered that the drive power increases from 30 w up to 70 W output in a 3-5 s period.
Anyone that have experienced the same behaviour?
