Knipex "Coated-Wire" Stripping Tweezers

Ed Lambert-3
A long time ago someone posted this tool as a great way to strip enamel from
toroid wire.

I have searched high and low for a retailer but can't find one. Apparently
Knipex does not sell direct.

Does any one know where to purchase?

Jack Smith-6
Chads Toolbox lists them for $12.95.

Search for Part No. 1511 at the home page http://chadstoolbox.com/.

However, these seem to require a blade that matches the wire diameter,
and the blades are only in metric wire sizes, so before purchasing, I
would check the wire diameter you plan to use the  tool with against the
available blade sizes.
