My experience with Elecraft text decode is:
🚨 turn on cwt
🚨 tune station carefully, SPOT is your friend here
🚨 set threshold to 2 or 3 and be sure that the bar is flashing in step with the code, adjust threshold until it does.
🚨 if can get above set threshold one higher and reduce RF Gain
