LCD "+" Icon on in CW Mode

The "+" icon is on in the Mode portion of the LCD window in CW mode on one
of my K3s. It is off in SSB mode. What does that mean and how do I turn it
off?

 

Page 36 of the manual indicates it is only on when ESSB is selected.

You have super hi speed QRQ turned on.  Go to Config->CW QRQ and set it
to off.
