LP-200 Digital Wattmeter/Dummy Load kit update

I have made significant changes to the LP-200 digital wattmeter/dummy

In general, the changes are...

Higher dummy load rating for cooler operation and longer life
Variable speed fan option for 100W continuous duty operation
New detector with dual Schottky diode chip
12-bit A/D converter replaces 10-bit
Frequency counter for frequency compensation
Dual range, 30W/120W, with auto-ranging
