Latency of K3S versus K3 and KX3 Macro Execution

Is it safe to assume the command latency estimates for the K3S and P3
are the same as what is in the K3 Macro Programming manual for the K3
and KX3?  (The numbers there are typical 10ms, typical max of 100ms, and
band change of 500ms.)
