...has arrived!
During which time I have become F5VNB as well as G4PLZ, so I'll be
paying 19.6% tax instead of 17.5%, the difference being equivalent to a
three course (French) meal for four people. Although that might soon be
only two courses, the way food prices are heading...

That makes a 2,1% increase.

In the same time, USD/GBP rate went from 0.4875 to 0.50230, while
USD/EUR went from 0.6827 to 0.6307...

So, if you stayed in GB, you would have paid +2.95% for your K3, and in
France you'll pay -6.15% (VAT taken into account) !
