Level monitor level to line-out

Hi,

Is it possible to mixed TX audio into the Line-out with a FIXED level
(regardless of the monitor settings)?
Currently the monitor level is  the input to line-out. but some
operators can not listen to them self and turn it down and a  recording
is useless to listen. You will hear only the rx side

According to the release file is the last modification on line-out is
done end 2008

*The last change on the line out is documented in the release file as:
MCU 2.72 / DSP 1.98, 12-9-2008
Misc. Changes:
 ** LINE OUT INCLUDES TX AUDIO: LINE OUT (*nor* menu setting) now
includes transmit sidetone and speech/data monitor audio.
