Loading New Beta Firmware

Can someone point me to directions for installing the new Beta firmware on my K3 and P3??  The link I saved in one of Wayne's emails takes me to the software page on the Elecraft site, but I see NO instructions for downloading beta firmware like there used to be.  Wish I had printed it off, hi.

  Point your browser at ftp://ftp.elecraft.com/K3/firmware/beta/

Right click on K3fwr12.zip, and select "Save link as.." or left click on it and save
it, depending on your browser (Windows). Dunno about Mac.
