Looking for K1 for friend

Good Afternoon,

I'm looking for a low-end K1 (or rather lower cost K1) for a friend.  An unfinished kit, a 2 band K1 or even one with problems would be the most likely fit.  ATU would be nice but...  

I'm trying to shoe horn this in for a friend coming back into HR with some budget limitations.
