I haven't said much about Fred's book, but it has become my
"Go-To-K3-Reference."  My User Manual is hugely out of date [K3 S/N 642
here], I don't handle screen-viewing of downloaded manuals well [I'm 72,
I get to be grumpy every now and then ... that's what my Grandma told me
when I was a kid, and I believe Grandma was right], I have the spiral
bound version, it lays flat, and I can write notes in it.  It's a hugely
good addition to my Elecraft library, incredibly well indexed, and it
comes at the K3 from a decidedly different direction than the User
Manual.  Together, they're an unbeatable combination.

Not going to be holding my breath for the "Thank You" check from KE7X
however. :-))  I'm just a happy user, I got way more than I paid for.

As welcome as it will be, Fred KE7X, don't hurry it as there are a few
more features to add which are not yet supported by the current
firmware.
