Will you be at the Cary Hamfest tomorrow? See me
there 9-11:30 AM. I have a precision 50 ohm
termination - which has better than 29 dB return loss
through 1.3 GHz - and I will put it in my pocket.
(The termination, not the GHz.) I will assume that
W3FPR would have an N female to UHF male adapter for
it. ;-)
I also have a known-high-return-loss 100 ohm load, and
an Autek VA-1 ... and also, hopefully soon, the AmQRP
Micro 908. I agree with (I think it was K6III ?) that
your termination may not be exhibiting reliable
characteristics above ~10 MHz.
