Mic for KX3

I recently bought a Labtec Axis-311 headset at a yardsale.  Much to my surprise it works
wonderfully with my KX3.  Just plug it in and go.  Excellent signal reports.  The mic is now
available for $8.31 and free shipping on Ebay.

Dave, what setting are you using re mic bias,
gain, etc. with this set?  And are you using VOX
or PTT?
