Mic selection (was K3 - very brief first impressions)

AB7R commented: "Although you can have both mics connected at the same
time, you do need to use the menu entry for MIC SRC to select the mic
you want to use, or to select Line IN."

The description of the MIC SEL menu setting indicates you must choose
one audio source.  I would hope provision can be made in the K3 to
simultaneously enable Line IN and one of the mic inputs.  This allows
driving Line IN with a DVK and using front panel mic connector for
spoken audio during ssb contesting, hopefully with independent gain
settings.

On the Orion, contesting software optionally mutes the mic input
during DVK'ing (via software, turns mic gain to 0 during DVK'ing and
then restores mic gain after DVK'ing).
