Microphone in 12 Watts

Dear friends:
When I did resetting of my Elecraft K3s, the microphone is fixed at 12 W.
How do I make the microphone increase the power? Thank you.

Use the power control to the right of it.  That is, once you have set up the gain, AGC, etc. for the mic.  It is in the manual, but if you don't have a copy, download from Elecraft site.
