Missing (2) 3/4" Long Spacers?

I'm building K2 #5422, doing Front Panel board now!

I seem to be MISSING the two (2) 3/4" (19mm) LONG
SPACERS mentioned on page 26, for putting over leads
of each backlight LED shown in figure 5.9?

No were to be found, as far as I can see.  WHAT DO
THEY LOOK LIKE?  Paper?  Plastic?

There are no "spacers" mentioned in appendix of
photos for this front panel board either?

Aren't they the ones made out of little strips of PCB? I think they come
attached to the RF probe board, each one is just a little strip of PCB
with 2 holes in? It's used for switch-spacing first, then you break them
off and stick the LED leads through to use as the LCD spacers?
