Mode selection

Is there a way to disable modes I don't use from the mode selection switch?  I would like to not have to hear the FM noise and don't need the digital mode.  I just want to cycle between ssb, cw and AM.

Use CONFIG:FM MODE.  Set to OFF.  Dunno if there's s a way to cause
the selector to skip TX DATA.
