N1MM Logger support of K3

Version 8.12.9 of N1MM Logger has just been released and is available
at http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm/

With this latest version, N1MM Logger now incorporates full support of
both K3 vfo's and receivers thanks to the programming efforts of K3CT
and the engineering efforts (CAT enhancements) of our friends at
Elecraft.
