Yes,

My first successful connection and transfer of a text file happened last
weekend on 30m, Iowa to Arizona, PSK31.

VBDigi, written by Skip Teller of Digipan fame, is just like any other
multi-mode sound card software. It does PSK31 - 250, MFSK, and RTTY. The
heavy lifting part of the system happens with FLARQ written by Dave,
W1HKJ. It allows ARQ connections using traditionally non ARQ modes like PSK.
